NETGAIN (hereinafter, “NETGAIN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) values privacy and we are committed to protect all Personal Information (as defined below) kept by us, in accordance with the relevant law which includes the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

This Privacy Policy describes how NETGAIN collects, records, holds, stores, uses, discloses, transfers and processes data classified as personal information that NETGAIN collects from an individual associated with the services available through our mobile App and App/Website.

We are committed to conduct our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

When you create a NETGAIN account, or otherwise provide NETGAIN with your personal information through your use of the App/Website, NETGAIN collects personal information which may include the following, but not limited to:-

ii. Image Gallery Access;

2.1 Your use of the App/Website and/or registration for NETGAIN ’s services constitutes your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2.2 NETGAIN reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time with or without notice. When it does, NETGAIN will also revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

2.3 NETGAIN will notify you by email regarding material changes to this Privacy Policy that will affect information collected from you in the future. In certain circumstances, however, NETGAIN may not notify you, for example, in cases relating to any contravention of the law by you, collection of debt owed to us or compliance with requests from law enforcement agencies or a court order.

2.4 By continuing to access and use the service on the App/Website, you are deemed to have accepted any change to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

2.5 If you provide personal information of any third party to NETGAIN , we assume that you have obtained the required consent from that relevant third party to share and transfer his/her personal information to us.

2.6 You may withdraw your consent under this Privacy Policy at any time by sending an email to us that in the event you withdraw your consent, NETGAIN may suspend its provision of products and/or services to you.

3. Collection of Other Data

3.1 NETGAIN may use cookies, which may track your activity across the Apps/App/Website and record data which includes:

i. your computer’s IP address;

ii. browser type;

iii. webpages you visited before you came to the App/Website;

iv. the pages within the App/Website which you visited;

v. the time spent on those pages, items and information searched for on the App/Website, access times and dates, and other statistics.

3.2 The data collected may be used by NETGAIN for the following purposes:

i. analysis and evaluation in order to help NETGAIN to improve the App/Website and the products and services NETGAIN provides;

ii. enabling certain features and functions on the App/Website, or services, including but not limited to remembering your username, browsing preferences, and other service preferences;

iii. building up a profile of how you and other users use the NETGAIN App/Website;

iv. administering NETGAIN services to you and to our advertisers; and

v. establishing usage statistics on the NETGAIN platform.

3.3 Most internet browsers provide you the option of turning off the processing of cookies. You may turn off cookies while browsing the App/Website but this may result in the loss of functionality, restrict your use of the App/Website and/or delay or affect the way in which it operates.

4. Security Safeguards

4.1 NETGAIN protects your personal information by:

i. restricting third party access to any personal information;

ii. maintaining relevant software and technology within the App/Website and NETGAIN payments platform to prevent unauthorized computer access;

iii. securely destroying your personal information when it is no longer needed for any legal or business purpose.

4.2 NETGAIN uses high grade encryption technologies when processing your financial details to keep your personal information safe and secure.

4.3 If you believe that your personal information on the NETGAIN App/Website has been breached or compromised, please contact NETGAIN immediately.

4.4 Your password is the key to your account. NETGAIN encourages you to use unique numbers, letters and special characters. Do not share your NETGAIN password to anyone. If you share your password with others, you will be responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account and you could also be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. If your password has been compromised, or you have grounds to believe it has been compromised, for any reason, you should immediately change your password.

4.5 You are reminded to log off from your account and close the App when finished using a shared device.

5. External App/Website Links

Certain pages of the NETGAIN App/Website may feature links to external App/Websites owned or operated by third parties. NETGAIN will not be responsible for the content, information, operation or activities of those App/Websites. NETGAIN strongly recommends that you cautiously read and understand any third party App/Websites’ privacy policy before you share your personal information with those App/Websites.
